HelioCharge for Sustainable Claremont is a company for nonprofit by a team of eight University of La Verne business students. Through our sales, we aim to save the local environment through our revenue being donated to Sustainable Claremont.
OUR ORIGINS
How We Got Here
HelioCharge is an ultra-efficient solar power bank that keeps you going through all your adventures. It can charge your smartphone, and it can brightly illuminate your entire nocturnal trek. HelioCharge is based on a simple idea: a solar light and power source usable for adventures, emergencies, and daily chores on the go. Great for camping and other off-grid activities, HelioCharge brings power to where there is none.
What is one of the most powerful and convenient sources of energy? The Sun. It has been one the major source of life for many years. As technology continues to develop, we will focus on our ability to use the sun to power all of our equipment.
HelioCharge is committed to harnessing the sun's energy to power our products and help reduce our carbon footprint. We aim to create a reliable product that can be used by anyone, anywhere. The profits generated by our solar powered portable chargers support Sustainable Claremont in their mission to “create a more sustainable community - environmentally, economically and socially.”
